It is available in all the restaurants listed below, regardless of which destination you are staying in.

Bring your family and friends to the terrace overlooking the most intimate beach in Brela, at the foot of the Berulia Hotel. You will be greeted by chef Goran Staničić, a true culinary genius. Growing up by the sea, chef Staničić knows the entire Makarska Riviera inside out and has tremendous respect for the local food from which he creates haute cuisine – savory and sweet masterpieces.

Punta Rata Restaurant
It is hard to imagine anything better than enjoying the delicious food of chef Berislav Tomljenović after spending time on one of the most beautiful Croatian beaches, the world-famous Punta Rata. An excellent selection of local cheeses, 100% Charolais beef steaks from our own farms and other excellent dishes, such as fresh fish or scampi “buzara”, are the restaurant’s strong point.

SOL Mediterranean Dining
This à la carte restaurant in Brela is recognizable for its innovative preparation and presentation of Mediterranean dishes. The reinterpretation of the Dalmatian classics, made by chef Ružica Jukičić, and the fusion with French and Far Eastern cuisine is what makes it different from every other restaurant on the Makarska Riviera. Clemente’s Restaurant & Bar
You will love it because of the pleasant ambience and excellent food from the kitchen of chef Jure Selak, which you will enjoy with a sea view from the terrace of a baroque summer house from the 18th century, where European aristocrats stayed. Clemente’s has a beautiful atrium and the terrace is surrounded by centuries-old Mediterranean vegetation. The island of Brač
Thanks to the perseverance of the local people and the island’s way of life, Brač has preserved the best of its Mediterranean gastronomic tradition over the centuries. The fragrant lamb roasted on the open fireplace, with a glass of Brač’s Stina wine, testifies to that. Brač’s „nonice“ still keep the recipe for sweet „hrapoćuša“, and what more can be said about the quality of local olive oil and excellent fish dishes?
Restaurant Borak Beach
Enjoy excellent Mediterranean dishes and grilled delicacies from the kitchen of chef Marko Botica and top-quality Brač Stina wine, in the relaxed ambience of the à la carte restaurant Borak Beach, located below the Bol promenade. The trademark of the restaurant is a spectacular view of Zlatni Rat, and a special experience is dining on the beach where the restaurant is located, under the stars and with live music.

In Vallum Tavern you will find a dedication to the pristine island of Brač – from the unique decoration to the way chef Nikola Marinelić prepares food. At Grill Garden, they make their own olive oil and grow their own vegetables. Meat and fish are caught and raised locally. And chef Kristijan Jurić extracts the best from every home-grown food and raises it to a higher level. You’ll just take a deep breath of happiness after a top-notch dinner. The restaurant is surrounded by olive trees, and in addition to food, you will be delighted by the spectacular view of the Brač Channel and mountains.

Located on a narrow strip between the Velebit Mountain and the Adriatic Sea, Starigrad-Paklenica will still tell you its gastronomic story as the inhabitants of this area have been doing for centuries. The great diversity of the animal world, herbs from the slopes of Velebit, aromatic vegetables that grow all year round thanks to the unique climate, are the basis of extraordinary dishes whose recipes have been preserved by fishermen’s families all these years.
In the relaxed ambience of the Dalmatian tavern you will enjoy the traditional tastes of the Mediterranean. The centuries-old tradition of the sub-Velebit region is best reflected on the plate. How to get the Dine Around at Bluesun?
In our booking system, select a special Dine Around option.
When you arrive at your destination, make a reservation at the hotel reception until 6 p.m. the day before dinner *. You will receive a voucher that you need to bring with you to the restaurant.
You can take advantage of the Dine Around offer in any of the listed restaurants, regardless of the destination in which you stayed.
