Daytrips from Croatia

Make a slight twist to your holiday program and enrich your experience
with our memorable 1-day and half-day excursion trips organized Brela.
The trips cover some of the most popular natural attractions in Croatia of beautiful scenery.

Vruja

Vruja Beach is perfect for all those who want to escape civilisation and get in touch with pristine nature, where the sea is so clear it is difficult to find the words to describe it. The beauty both above and below the sea surface will thrill divers. The word vruja means underwater freshwater springs, so the sea temperature is somewhat lower here.

Biokovo Nature Park

Mt Biokovo is a mountain located right next to the coast in central Dalmatia. It is proud of its status as a nature park and is the perfect destination for daytrips for guests staying on the Makarska Riviera. Biokovo’s steep and bare cliffs go down to the sea, ending in a narrow green coastal strip. There are only a few trails leading up the steep limestone mountainside that people and animals can use. Therefore, we recommend that you have a guide when visiting Mt Biokovo.

Mt Biokovo is 1762 m high and offers various activities for visitors, such as hiking through the forest, where you will encounter a variety of animals such as the chamois and sheep, and see many plants that are native to Croatia. You can also visit the Kotišina Botanical Garden that has plants native to Biokovo.
